What type of file format validTo accept?

validTo accept CSV (comma separated value) file format. If you have any other file format, convert it to .csv format. To convert, open your email list in any spreadsheet program and save it as .csv file.

Our system can process files containing additional columns (such as name, address, etc). But the email addresses should be on the same column.

Once the email list uploaded, our system performs a free list quality analysis. These results are easy to understand. In the analysis report, you will see the following.
  • Role Based
  • Disposable
  • Syntax Error
  • Spamtrap
Turn-around time depends completely on the nature of your list, mostly the type of domains and the mail servers we reach to communicate. In general, on average it takes anywhere between 2 and 10 minutes to verify a list of 10,000 emails. But, allow a minimum of 5 minutes for even smaller sized lists, as real-time mail server communication is unpredictable.
To download the email verification result, click the “Download Result” button on the right side of the list. Please note, you will be able to download the results once the verification is complete.
Yes. You can download the deliverable result separately. Click the "Download Result" and you will see options to download your verification results. Select the result type that you want to download and click the "Download" button.
Yes, you can upload a CSV file containing additional columns of data. Our system will identify the email address column automatically. Your additional data columns are preserved and downloaded along with the result.
This might be due to various formatting inconsistencies present in the uploaded file. We suggest you open the CSV file in your spreadsheet program and again save it as a new CSV file, this might fix the issue.
validTo employs multiple advance checks to validate emails. The system removes duplicate and wrongly formatted emails. Thus, the imported emails count differs if your list contains such invalid email.
validTo does actual mail server communication to verify emails. So, Deliverable/ Undeliverable results are 100% accurate. But when you send campaign emails, a lot of factors are involved in actually delivering the emails such as your sender reputation and ESP reputation. So if there are any reputation issues then Deliverable emails could hard bounce/ be blocked by the recipient email server. This does not change the fact that email address is valid and can accept emails.
Using the Profile page, you can edit your personal information. Your account profile includes the personal information you need to use the online payment service. Keep your account information up-to-date.
If you want to change the password for security purpose or if you forget it, select 'Forgot password? Reset' from the login screen. We can help by sending you a link to reset it.
We take security and privacy very seriously. Your data is owned by you and it's never shared with anyone. You can delete your data at any time. Our system archives your data in your account for a period of 3 months, during which you can delete your data.
You can refresh your browser page to cancel the file upload in progress.
As of now, we do not provide a single email check. validTo provides bulk email verifications.
